What is the minimum bill?
Team has a 10-agent minimum: $350 per month on monthly billing, or $3,480 per year on annual billing. All prices are in USD, excluding taxes. Unlimited human users are included, with no platform fee.
Do idle agents, runs or replicas count?
An agent is active when its registered identity has at least one recorded or denied action in the billing month. Restarts, runs and replicas sharing that identity count once. A child with its own credentials, policy or role counts separately. Idle identities are free; the Team minimum still applies.
Does the lower rate apply to every agent?
Each rate applies only to agents in its band. With 51 agents on monthly billing, the first 50 cost $35 each and the next one costs $28: $1,778 per month. Annual rates work the same way and are billed yearly.
What happens when we exceed the action allowance?
Team includes 100,000 actions per agent per month, pooled across the account. Commercial limits never stop or sample recording or enforcement. Higher volumes are available on annual plans; contact sales to discuss your volume.
What happens to evidence after cancelling?
Team includes 30 days of searchable evidence and a one-year archive. Verifiable export is always included, even after cancelling. Keep exported evidence and verification materials together to check the record independently of the hosted console.
Can we use private hosting or get 24/7 support?
Enterprise includes security review, SSO and identity integration, private hosting and custom retention. Support coverage is contracted, with 24/7 options. Contact sales for your deployment, Lab capacity or Incident Response scope.
